Self-administered massages and stretches for the head, neck, face, upper back, chest, and tongue! These are typical areas that can cause discomfort in the TMJ. Included are:

15+ pre-recorded massage videos available for you to follow in order to learn how to massage and relieve muscle tension that support the TMJ.
Five pre-recorded videos to kickstart your jaw stability journey, along with understanding the significance of proper tongue posture. If the jaw lacks stability and the tongue isn’t in the correct position, the TMJ might end up unsupported, resulting in jaw discomfort.
Five exercises for breathing through the nose. Dysfunctional breathing practices can lead our body to engage additional muscles that aren’t meant for respiration.
Included in this portion is a nasal hygiene routine for both day and nighttime use.
